Five products to begin with Sicily: the single-variety Biancolilla oil in the Argila Serenity Blu bottle, the Akrille Grillo, bronze-drawn pasta from ancient wheats, cherry tomato sauce and eggplant caponata. A whole dinner, from the antipasto to the glass.

Single-variety Biancolilla
A medium fruity, elegant extra virgin olive oil from the Biancolilla variety, the most widespread on the island, from our own olive groves facing south between 150 and 250 meters. Green with golden shades, notes of artichoke and green almond, slightly bitter with a well balanced spiciness. Ideal raw, on vegetables and on first courses.
Grillo Sicilia DOC
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, floral notes of white flowers and citrus, marked savouriness and minerality, an aftertaste of pear, pineapple and jasmine. Ideal with fried fish, white meat and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature 12/16°.
Sicilian organic durum wheat for a special pasta
Our busiate, bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperature, are made with semolina from ancient Sicilian durum wheats. The shape comes from Trapani and is distinctive for its helical twist, which holds the sauce.
The prized Cherry Tomato of Sicily
Our Cherry tomatoes are harvested exclusively in south-eastern Sicily, their natural home. Their sweet, full flavor is concentrated in this sauce, prepared according to the tradition of Sicilian summer preserves. Perfect on pasta, and just as good on pizza, side dishes, meat or fish.
Caponata: all the goodness of Sicilian eggplant
Caponata is the Sicilian recipe par excellence, a mainstay of the island's food culture. There are many versions; we have chosen the most widespread one, frying the vegetables in our fine Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil. Excellent as an antipasto or as a side for fish or meat.
